Love's Soldier

Sade Adu, the frontwoman of the band Sade, has one of the most soulful voice in the music industry since her band's 1985 debut, Diamond Life, which captured my fancy through the soulful smooth jazz classic - Smooth Operator,

to the sensual soul classic No Ordinary Love, from their fourth studio album - Love Deluxe,

and one of the sweetest love songs - By Your Side from their fifth album, Lovers Rock.

Now Sade comes with their six album, Soldier of Love, featuring the eponymous lead single, Soldier of Love

As always, Sade is always graceful and elegant and still a beautiful woman even after all these years. This new single is a new path that Sade took and we are just more than happy to take the ride with her and enjoy the richness of the new sound. She is clearly never fading and is still as passionate as her Diamond Life days.

First Post of the Year

I've been really busy and really lazy to update my blog lately for the past four months because of the really crazy things that had happened during the second term. Let me get you up to speed with what had happened in my life during the past four months:

1. I had my birthday during the 12th of November last year, turning 17 in the process.
   
2. I'm at my third term but I failed two of my subjects: DISCTRU and COMPRO2.
3. Mom had her chemotherapy and radiation treatment for her recovery from breast cancer and is recently trying to live a life of an ordinary person by trying to walk through the help of physical therapists.
4. Bade goodbye to 2009 and welcomed 2010 . . . Hoping for GREAT things to come!!!

Anyway, just did a new blog (this one!!!) because I got bored with the old one and got a new blog with a new cute banner which is, I think, is an antithesis of what I might post to this blog. Since I still want people to read my old blogs I still copied my old entries to make it look like I blog much last year (LOL, whut??!!!).

Just enjoy this one because I promise to blog more.

Shows to Watch

OMG . . . Oh My Gawd!!! I haven't updated this gawd damned blog because I have been so busy the past few weeks because of the fuckin' GMO presentation . . . COMPRO1 Machine Problem . . . FILKOMU projects . . . and Final Exams Galore!!! Oh well . . . at least everything's nice and done and I passed the first term . . . Thank You Jesus!!! Oh well . . . at least now I can rest since DLSU-M gave us a week to rest . . . Thank Gawd!!!

What to do on a weeks rest: . . . shop . . . party . . . catch up with friends . . . gala!!! and of course catch up with my favorite shows premiering new seasons and watching new shows . . .

Well . . . two shows have caught my fancy . . . one is an old favourite . . . the other is a new show which I think would be one of my personal favourites . . .

First . . . Gossip Girl . . . OMFG . . . Oh My Fucking Gawd!!! They are apparently premiering a new season . . . Oh well . . . to get you up to speed . . .

WTF . . . What the Fuck Moments on the new season . . .

Second . . . Glee . . . A new show featuring a glee club . . . by the looks of things I think it's gonna be fabulous . . .
